MAN ADMITS ROLE IN SHOOTOUT.(CAPITAL REGION)

A third man who was involved in a March 21 shootout outside a Schenectady Street home that left a man dead pleaded guilty Tuesday to a weapons charge.

Jason Sellie, 24, is expected to receive six years in prison for his conviction on one count of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony.

Sellie admitted to visiting Schenectady County Court Judge Felix Catena that he brought a .22-caliber handgun to 518 Schenectady St. that day with the intention of using it against a group of people his friends had been feuding with.
